Definitions

"3B NEXUS" or "we/us/our” means 3B NEXUS Limited, its affiliates, partners, employees and agents. "You" means you; the user of this website and "your" shall be interpreted accordingly. "this website" refers to www.3bnexus.com. "user information" means the personal details which may be provided by you to us via this website. “user account” means an account opened by you on the website that that allows you to publish your content including webcasts, videos, events or services and contribute to discussion forums and receive e-mail alerts the rights and access permissions granted to your user information when you register.   "users" means the users of the website.

Some publishers using 3B NEXUS to connect with viewers may require the viewers to pre-register and provide personal information in order to access and watch live videos or webcast presentations that are transmitted in real-time using our portal. Such personal information may include, but not limited to viewer name, email address, company and job title. It is the individual publisher’s policy to collect such information and not 3B NEXUS’ policy. By registering and submitting your personal information to access any such content delivered in real-time, when requested, please be aware that you are providing the information directly to the publisher. This information as well as details of viewing times of the content you have viewed is collected via the registration form, which may be accessed via our portal or embedded on the publisher’s own website, and is delivered to the publisher’s user account on 3B NEXUS.

 

3B NEXUS provides the registration facility for the publisher to collect the viewer personal information as required and may store and process the personal information provided by viewers. These uses may include making our services easier to use by eliminating the need for you to enter the same information repeatedly; for research and analysis to improve our services and technologies, to display customized content and advertising and to contact you in connection with your requests for information about our products or services.

 

By subscribing to access or view live content, which is transmitted in real-time using our services, you consent to our sharing the personal information you provide on the registration form with that specific publisher who may use such information for analytical purposes or to provide you with marketing messages, and we encourage you to review the publisher’s own Privacy Policy to ensure you are satisfied with the provisions. The personal information that you provide is shared only with the publisher whose live video or webcast presentation you are registering to access. 3B NEXUS does not control or limit, and we are not responsible for the activities of publishers’ use, control and protection of personal information. If you do not wish to share your personal information with publishers, do not, when requested, provide your personal information, falsify or impersonate  and do not try to access such publisher’s live content using our services.

 

3B NEXUS may store and process this and any other personal information collected in the circumstances described above on 3bnexus.com web pages or the embedded proprietary information collection facility on the publishers’ websites.  Sharing your personal information may involve your information being processed outside your country; in the UK or any other country including outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) in which 3B NEXUS maintains facilities. By accepting this Policy and proceeding to use our service, you consent to any such processing or transfer of your information.

 

Submitting blog comments and participating in the discussion forum

Any blog comments or participation in the discussion forum must adhere to the Blog House Rules.

 

Submitting Reports or Feedback

The 'Report' facility on this website provides a means for direct communication between you and content providers.  When you use this facility and provide your contact details, please be aware that you are contacting the content provider directly. By submitting your contact details via the Report facility, you agree to receive communication directly from the content provider in response to your report or feedback. 3B NEXUS does not guarantee that the content providers will reply to your report.
