Multimedia WebTV Publishing: A Quick Guide
Organising your Media Playlists
In order to create media playlists, you need to have content in My Studio > Video-on-Demand, Live Broadcasts or third-party RTMP hosted live stream libraries. You may also use Feeds received directly into your account from colleagues, partners or preferred relevant sector distributors.
-------------------------------------------
MY STUDIO on the 3B PLATFORM
· Click on My Studio > Playlists menu on your account
· Click to Create a new Playlist
· Click to Add Media Files into the new playlist
· Select your media file source: On-Demand Videos, Live Broadcasts, RTMP or Feed libraries.
-------------------------------------------
For your videos to appear on your WebTV
· Click on the Options menu next to the video title in My Studio > Playlist library
· Click on the Connect option for the video to show on the playlist
· Withdraw or Delete will remove the video from your playlist; this will also disable any shared or embedded copies that viewers may have generated from the published WebTV on your website.
· Click on the WebTV Player Generator or click on Publish Playlist to enter the TV Channel Builder application.

For Single (S) style Playlists
· Select (LST 1) from the project Layers to highlight the video thumbs object
· Select the playlist name in the Properties dropdown to define the playlist for publishing
· Preview and Save changes to your completed Single style playlist WebTV project design.

For Tab (T) style or Dropdown (D) style Selection Playlist
· Select (LST 1) from the project Layers to highlight the video thumbs object
· Select the playlist name in the Properties dropdown to define the Start-up Playlist thumbs
· Next, select the (TABS-LST) or (SEL-LST) Layer to highlight the Tabs or the Dropdown object
· Tick box on Load all to include all playlists from My Studio > Playlists and select the Initial Playlist
· Alternatively, click on the Items icon to define specific playlist names to be included in this WebTV
· Drag playlist names from the right folder to the left in sorting order of how you want the playlists to be displayed:
1-2-3 left to right order for the Tabs and top to bottom order for the Dropdown selections.
· Preview and Save changes to your completed multi-playlist WebTV project design
Note: Saving changes to an already published WebTV project will immediately overwrite and reflect on your website unless the project is saved as a new file under a different name.

· Copy the embedded code and paste it on to the HTML page on your website
